To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your abaya must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also remain in its original premium packaging with all brand tags and labels securely attached. Please note that custom-tailored abayas, altered pieces, and items purchased during clearance or major promotional sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
